Chasing unpaid invoices shouldn't be a full-time job.
Singh AR connects to QuickBooks Online and your business mailbox, watches your open invoices, and follows up on its own. It comes to you when a real business decision is on the line, and not for routine reminders.
Built for commercial B2B invoicing workflows using QuickBooks Online and a business mailbox.
In active developmentHow a single overdue invoice moves
read left to rightAutomate the routine. Gate the exceptions.
The model can classify, summarise, draft and propose. It never decides whether it is allowed to act. A separate deterministic policy engine makes that call, which means the boundary of what this software can do to a customer relationship is something you set and can read, not something you hope the model inferred correctly at 3am.
Where the line sits
Does on its own
- Watches open invoices and due dates in QuickBooks Online
- Sends routine follow-up from your mailbox, in the existing thread
- Reads replies and understands what the customer actually said
- Records a promise to pay and follows up when that date passes
- Stops chasing the moment an invoice is settled
Brings to you
- A customer disputing the amount or the work
- Any request for a discount or a write-off
- Changes to payment terms
- Anything the policy engine cannot place inside your configured authority
- Replies that do not clearly parse as one of the known cases
Will not do
- Purchase debt or act as a collections agency
- Threaten legal action
- Report anyone to a credit bureau
- Invent fees or waive balances outside your authority
- Consumer debt collection. This is commercial B2B software
Singh AR is in active development and is not generally available. The deterministic core and the policy model are the parts being built first, deliberately, because they are what makes the rest safe to run unattended. If you run a business that invoices other businesses and manual follow-up is eating your week, get in touch and we can talk about whether an early integration makes sense.
