Overdue invoices get routine follow-up automatically. Customer replies get read and understood, and payment promises get recorded.

A human decides the exceptions

Disputes, term changes, discounts, and anything outside your configured authority get queued for you. Nothing outside policy sends on its own.

V1 is commercial B2B invoice follow-up software, not consumer debt collection. It does not purchase debt, threaten legal action, report to credit bureaus, invent fees, or waive balances outside owner-defined authority. Singh AR is in active development.
